Overview
Capo Torre Cavallo is a long beach break south of Brindisi, sitting behind the ENI power station. It offers several average peaks breaking over sand, both left and right. The water quality here is on the mediocre side.
When It Works
The beach draws swell from the southeast through south (SE-S), with southeast the best direction and the one that switches on its beginner-friendly peaks. It's usable from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft.
Wind and Tide
A northeast offshore wind grooms the waves best. The beach works across low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide the better call.
Local Tips
With mellow, forgiving peaks, this is a solid choice for beginners, and you can usually expect an uncrowded lineup.

There's a surf shop nearby for gear or local advice, with Surf Sport and Leone Surf both covering the area.
