Asia surf guide

Asia is a huge stretch of resort beach with varying quality beachbreak peaks. It’s a popular spot that can get really busy, especially in the summer when the hotels and condos fill up. You’ll find a mix of beginners and experienced surfers here, so it's a good place to catch some waves and maybe meet some fellow surfers.

The surf can be pretty fun, with optimal swell coming from the west. You can see waves rolling in from the south and northwest too. It handles swell sizes starting at 1ft (about 0.3 meters) and can offer both left and right beach breaks. Some days, you might find some hollow and zippy waves, while other times it could be sloppy and slow. It tends to work well with low, mid, and even high tides, making it flexible for different surfing styles. The best wind direction is from the northeast, which can help clean up the conditions.

This spot is great for all surfers, especially beginners, thanks to its consistent nature. With plenty of peaks to choose from, as well as the varying sandbars, you can usually find a spot that suits your level. Just keep in mind that with the crowds, you might have to be patient to catch those perfect waves!
