Tides can play a big role, so you’ll find rideable waves at low, mid, and high tide, though the shifty nature of the location means you'll have to search a bit to find the best peaks. It's a spot where boards like fish, funboards, and longboards can all work well.

Accessing Benone Strand is pretty straightforward; you can park in the lot and walk to where you want to surf.
