The ideal swell direction comes from the west, with workable conditions also coming from the south-west. It can handle swell sizes starting at around 2ft (0.6 meters). Since the waves break nicely in these conditions, you can enjoy both lefts and occasional rights, especially during calm winds from the east. For the best experience, swing by during low to mid tide as the waves seem to perform better.
