Glenda’s surf guide

Glenda’s is a surf spot known for its long left-hand waves and laid-back vibe. It's located a bit further down from Cauit, making it less crowded but requiring a longer paddle from Cortes. If you're looking to catch some decent waves without the hustle and bustle of more popular spots, this place can be a good option, especially when conditions are right. A boat ride can save you some energy and time if you want to maximize your session.

The waves at Glenda’s are best when the swell is coming from the North or NorthEast, ideally when there's a typhoon swell maxing out in the area. It handles swell sizes starting around 2ft (about 0.6 meters) and can go up from there. The wave breaks over LiveCoral, offering a nice reef setup for an intermediate surfer. If you catch it on the right day with a low, mid, or high tide, and a NorthWest wind, you’re in for a fun ride.

While the waves can be inconsistent, if you're patient and hit it at the right time, you could score some solid rides. Just remember, it’s not the most forgiving spot, so it’s definitely better suited for folks with some experience on the board.
