Marina Di Ravenna - La Diga is located about 7 km east of the city of Ravenna. This spot is known as the main winter surfing destination for local surfers. The south side of the harbor wall stretches for 2.8 km and provides decent shelter during northeastern and eastern storms. It's a spot where you can often find surfers enjoying the waves, especially when conditions are right.

The surf at La Diga mainly offers long, slow lefts over a sand bottom. It's ideal for beginners, as the waves break over uneven reef and sand, and can handle swell sizes of around 2 ft (0.6 meters). The optimal swell direction here is northeast, but it also works with south swells. You can catch waves that break to the right, and the best winds are from the northwest. This spot can handle any tide height, whether it's low, mid, or high, making it quite versatile.

Other important things to keep in mind include the atmosphere around the pier, where longboarders often gather. Just be cautious of some of the stilt houses nearby and the iron wires and submerged buoys that can be a hazard in the lineup.
