Overview
Marinedda is a beach break that peels both left and right over a mix of uneven reef and sand, set just south of Mount Tindari.
When It Works
The spot draws swell from southwest through northwest, with northwest (NW) the best match, and several good peaks form when northwest and west swells arrive. It works from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 3.7 m / 12 ft and holds some size, so it can stay rideable when a bigger swell fills in.
Wind and Tide
Look for an east (E) offshore wind, since the break won't handle onshore conditions. It works through low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
Local Tips
Marinedda suits intermediate surfers, and the lineup is rarely crowded thanks to the extra breaks spread north of Castelsardo.
