One Eyes surf guide

One Eyes is a popular surf spot located in front of the Berjaya Resort, known for its consistent waves and beautiful reef. It's a spot that attracts a lot of surfers, making it busy at times. The vibe here is laid-back, but you’ll want to be on your game since it’s suited for those with some experience.

This place works best with a southwest swell, but it can handle south-east swells too. When the waves are rolling in at a height of around 2ft (about 0.6 meters), they break over the live coral reef, creating fun left-handers. The waves can get pretty heavy and hollow when it’s overhead, so it’s not a spot for beginners. The mid to high tide is the best time to catch some action, and you'll want an east wind to have smoother conditions. Just a heads up, the lineup can get a bit tricky at low tide, especially with a 20-minute paddle out through the lagoon.

While One Eyes is best suited for intermediate surfers, it's a great place to improve your skills. Make sure you're ready for the waves and the crowd, and enjoy the session!
