While it can be soft and sectiony most of the time, it can turn good when conditions are right. This spot is mostly suited for beginners and intermediates, but can challenge experts when it’s pumping. The bottom is made up of sand and rock, so watch your footing.

During the best season, which runs from November to February, PB Point can offer fun waves if the conditions align. Be prepared for plenty of paddling when the swells come in. The preferable wind directions are from the North and East, which help shape the waves nicely.
