Overview
411 (Cuatro-once) is a right-hand pointbreak that peels over a rock ledge, and the most surfed point in the Cambutal area. The righthanders hug the shelf into groomed climb-and-drop walls that keep intermediates happy, with a few hollow pockets for surfers chasing more.
When It Works
The point is consistent and draws swell from southeast through south to west, with south swell the best match. It works from 1.2 m / 4 ft to 3 m / 10 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for northwest offshore wind. It breaks on mid and high tide, and a rising tide is generally the better call.
Local Tips
This is an intermediate-friendly wave that draws a moderate crowd. Expect the lineup to be busiest either side of high tide, when the point is firing.
Access
There's free roadside parking.
