Autovaernet surf guide

Autovaernet is a surf spot located in Sealand. It has a reputation of being a once top-rated break but has seen some decline in consistency lately. While it can offer decent waves at times, it often doesn't line up properly anymore, which can be a bit frustrating for surfers looking for good conditions.

The spot works best with northwest swell and can handle swell sizes starting from about 1 ft (0.3 m) and can get up to head high on good days. The waves tend to peel left and right over a mix of boulders and sand. It’s a place where intermediate surfers can find some fun, especially during low to mid tides. The ideal wind is from the west, which can really help shape the waves for a better ride.

When you visit Autovaernet, just keep in mind that there are rocks close to the break, so watch your positioning. The currents can also be a bit strong, so it's good to stay aware of your surroundings while you surf.
