Overview
Dicasalarin Cove is a secluded white sand beach near Cape Encanto, and something of a semi-secret, though word gets around. Exposed peaks break over dead coral and sand, offering up both lefts and rights.
When It Works
Swell arrives from north to east (N-E), and northeast (NE) is the direction that lines the peaks up best. The break works from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for west (W) offshore wind to clean things up. The cove can work through most of the tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
Local Tips
The peaks suit intermediate surfers. Keep in mind you'll be surfing over dead coral, so pay attention to what's underneath you.
Access
Getting here is the hard part: roughly 45 punishing minutes by boat, usually through rough seas. There are no facilities once you arrive, so bring whatever you need for the session.
