Overview
Ras Kapper is a sand-bottomed beach break on the stretch of coast between Gwadar and Pasni. Much of this coastline is very shallow, which leaves Ras Kapper as one of the few dependable options along it, together with nearby Shamal Bandar. The sandbanks serve up both lefts and rights.
When It Works
The break draws swell from the south to southwest and is usable from 0.3 m / 1 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for north offshore wind to groom the faces. Ras Kapper can work through low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
