Triangulo is a boulder beach located in the Agua Dulce area. It's known as the go-to spot when all the other nearby beaches are closed-out. The spot offers good protection from both swell and wind, which contributes to its unique surfing vibe. However, don't expect it to break perfectly all the time since it generally has mellow, rolling peaks that can be quite inconsistent.

The optimal swell direction is from the SouthWest, and this beach can handle swell sizes around 2ft (0.6m). You can find waves breaking over boulders, serving up both left and right waves. If you're a beginner, this spot is pretty friendly for you. The best time to catch waves here is during low to mid, and even high tides. Also, keep in mind that the preferable wind direction is from the East; it helps to create the best conditions for surfing.

One thing to note is that when Triangulo is on, it tends to get crowded. It usually means bigger surf is happening further up the coast, which brings surfers to this place. So, be prepared to share the lineup with others looking for a mellow session.
