Cobblestones is a surf spot situated a 45-minute walk away from the main crowds at Lakey. You can also rent a zodiac if you prefer to skip the hike. It’s known for its deep reef channel and offers a more laid-back vibe compared to busier locations. This spot can pack in plenty of surfers looking to catch some waves without the hassle of crowds.

The waves at Cobblestones offer nice, walled-up rights on one side and lefts that barrel into the channel on the opposite side. The optimal swell direction comes in from the southwest, but it also handles swells from the south. The spot can deal with swell sizes starting from about 2 feet (0.6 meters) and works best at mid to high tides. The preferred wind direction is east, which helps shape the waves well.
