Diams surf guide

Diams is a surf spot located around Le Diamant, known for its shorebreaks that can be a bit intense. It's a place where a few regulars enjoy the waves, but it's not the best option for everyone. The conditions here can often be challenging and are more suited for bodyboarders or those who don’t mind getting tossed around a bit in the surf.

The swells at Diams mainly come from the SouthEast, but it can handle NorthEast swell too. It’s good for smaller swell sizes, starting from about 1 ft (0.3 m). The waves break over sand and can ride both left and right. The preferred wind direction is from the NorthWest, and you can catch waves during low, mid, and high tide. This spot is more beginner-friendly, but surfers should be aware that it can close out quickly near the shore, making it a bit tricky.

Keep in mind that while Diams can be fun, it’s not the most consistent spot out there. Depending on the day, conditions can change fast, so be ready for anything. Always check the surf forecast before heading out to get the best out of your session!
