Middles is a well-known surf spot located in Florida, just north of Blowhole. This area has become a favorite among locals, especially at low tide where the sand dunes create a nice wave setup. It's popular for its unique features, making it a go-to location for many surfers looking to catch some fun waves.

The wave conditions at Middles work best with a NorthEast swell, but it can also handle swells from the North and South. The waves break over sand, producing beach breaks that typically offer both left and right rides. The spot handles swell sizes starting at around 2 feet (approximately 0.6 meters), making it suitable for surfers of all levels, particularly beginners. The ideal wind direction is from the SouthWest, and surfers generally find good conditions during low to mid and even high tides.

Keep in mind that there’s a designated jetski area just north of Middles, which can add some noise to your session. You'll find all the facilities you need at Anastasia State Park, including restrooms and showers, making it easy to spend a full day enjoying the surf.
