Overview
One Eyes is a left-hand reef pass that breaks in front of Berjaya Resort. Shapely lefts peel down a straight stretch of live coral, and the wave turns heavy and hollow once it jumps to overhead.
When It Works
The pass draws swell from southwest through southeast, with southwest swell the best match. It's a consistent break that works from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 3 m / 10 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for east offshore wind. The reef breaks on mid and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call. Low tide is worth avoiding, since it makes the lineup dicey.
Local Tips
One Eyes suits intermediate surfers, and it's a popular spot, so expect a busy lineup when it's on.
Access
Getting out means a roughly 20-minute paddle across the lagoon, which also turns sketchy at low tide.
