Pedra do Meio is a right-hand point break, the last option for a right in this stretch, tucked only a few kilometres west and easy to spot from the big boulder rocks sitting right next to the take-off. Its position gives it some shelter from east winds, and there's another right around the headland if you want to explore.
When It Works
The wave peels right over a mix of uneven reef and sand. It draws swell from northwest through northeast, with a north swell the best match. Expect it to be usable from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft, and count on it being moderately consistent rather than an every-day setup.
Wind and Tide
Look for a south wind to blow it offshore. It comes alive around mid and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.

This one suits intermediate surfers, and you can expect a busy lineup when it's working.
