Sereweh is a right-hand reef out on the exposed southeast tip of Lombok, one of a series of reef cuts and passes that hold small swell. The performance ramps break up the eastern channel over live coral, and when there's no whitewash showing on these reefs, Lombok is officially flat.
When It Works
The reef draws swell from southwest through southeast (SW-SE), with south the best direction. It's usable from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 2.4 m / 8 ft and tends to be moderately consistent.
Wind and Tide
Look for north offshore wind. Sereweh can work across most of the tide, though a rising tide is generally the better call.
Local Tips
This is an expert-level wave, and the lineup usually stays fairly quiet when it works.
Access
Sereweh is hard to reach by land and hard to scope from the sea. It's really a wet-season mission, worth the long boat ride only when the right small southeast swell lines up.
