This spot works best on southeast swells, but it can also pick up waves from the east and southeast. It handles swell sizes around 3 feet (about 0.9 meters), and the waves typically break over an uneven reef and some sand. You’ll find left-breaking waves here, which are great for beginners. The preferable wind direction is from the northwest, and the spot does well at low, mid, and high tides, making it pretty accessible at different times throughout the day.
