Overview
El Agamy is a sand-bottomed beachbreak with peaks that break both left and right. It sits among a run of beach towns that offer effectively unlimited beachbreak options to explore.
When It Works
The break takes swell from west through north (W-N), with northwest (NW) swell the best match. It's usable from 0.3 m / 1 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for southeast (SE) offshore wind. El Agamy can work through low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
Local Tips
This is a friendly spot for beginners. If you're hunting a peak, a good one to check is the old WW2 jetty by the Bianky coastguard station.
