Old Ladies is located not far from the Seogwipo Soccer Stadium and the Chungbang waterfall. This spot can be a bit tricky to find, as it's tucked away behind an island. However, it's worth the effort if you're in the area. The wave breaks over uneven reef, making it a quality right reef break that offers good protection from the wind when it’s coming from the west. Keep in mind that there are also other waves along the coast, which can work well during typhoon swells coming from the southwest.

The wave works best with swells coming from the southwest, but it can also handle some southeast swells. It's suitable for surfers looking for waves around 2 feet (about 0.6 meters) and can break reliably at low, mid, and high tides. The preferred wind direction is from the north, so keep an eye on the forecast for the best surfing conditions.
