It's worth noting that both Red Tree Reef and Neva Bay are nearby spots, and they also require the right mix of swell size and the favorable easterly winds. If you're planning a surf trip, give yourself enough time to explore these options as well, but keep Kai's Place in mind for some solid lefts.
